How to Mail in Your Device
Follow these simple steps for fast, secure repairs:
Step 1: Get a Repair Quote
What to Do:
- Chat with us on our website for a repair quote specific to your device.

Step 2: Prepare Your Device for Repair
What to Do:
Back up your data: Protect any important files or information by creating a backup before sending your device. If your device won’t turn on, skip this step.
Erase your device (optional but recommended):
- For your privacy, we recommend erasing your device to ensure we don’t access any personal data during testing.
- To erase: Go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings. If prompted, enter your passcode and Apple ID password.
Note: If your device won’t power on or respond, don’t worry—just proceed to the next step.
Why erase your device? This step ensures your personal data stays private and inaccessible during the repair process. It also helps us test the device more thoroughly once repaired.
Step 3: Fill Out and Sign the Work Authorization Form
What to Do:
- Download, print, and fill out our Work Authorization Form.
- Include your signature and all required details.
Step 4: Package Your Device Securely
What to Do:
- Use a sturdy box with bubble wrap or padding for protection.
- Include in the package:
- Your completed Work Authorization Form.
- Your device’s IMEI or Serial Number (write it down for your records as well).
- Your password for testing before and after the repair. (Password is required.)
What NOT to include: Cases, chargers, or accessories.
Step 5: Ship Your Device

Step 6: Repair and Return
What to Expect:
- Testing and Repair: We will begin repair as soon as your device arrives and aim to ship it back the same day, if possible. Complex repairs may take up to 2 business days.
- Notifications: We’ll notify you of the completed repair via email or SMS.
- Invoice and Shipping: After repair, we’ll send you an invoice. Once paid, we’ll ship the device back via USPS with tracking information.
Note: Repairs are limited to the issue described in your Work Authorization Form. If we discover additional issues, we’ll provide a quote before proceeding.
